COMPO Annual Dinner 

The pivotal event on the COMPO calendar is the annual dinner normally held in the first week of the year. This has proven to be a successful event, increasing in popularity year after year since the first gathering the early 90's.

Typically, about between 50 and 60 members attend each event.  Past locations have been the Queens Hotel, Queens Park Health Club and the Dudsbury Golf club.

Once again, we are delighted to host the annual COMPO Reunion on Saturday 4 January 2003.

The format will be drinks and dinner to be held at The Miramar Hotel on Bournemouth's East Cliff.  Timings are 7.30pm for 8.00pm and dress will be Mess Dress, Black Tie or Lounge Suit.  The cost per head for the meal is a very reasonable £25.00.  For this bargain price, you will enjoy a Bucks Fizz reception, 3 course dinner rounded off with a Port toast and coffee.

In case you need to stay overnight, you may also be interested in the fact that we have been able to negotiate for you a very special rate of £30 for Bed and Breakfast at the hotel.  An amazing deal for this top quality Bournemouth hotel.

Anyone who has attended one of our previous meals will tell you that it is a fantastic opportunity to catch up with old friends.  As always, we hope that everybody will come along and make this celebration an extra special event.

The 2002 annual COMPO Reunion was a superb opportunity to celebrate 100 years of Bournemouth School and the continued contribution that the CCF has made to it's success.

The 2002 dinner was, with a couple of exceptions, a tremendous success.  It was once again held at the Queens Hotel in Bournemouth with about 50 attending.  For those of you who attended, thanks for your support and those that didn't, we'd be delighted to see you next time!

Unfortunately, we did not benefit from any photos being taken on the night and therefore can't post any here for the 2002 dinner.

Anyone who has attended one of our previous meals will tell you that it is a fantastic opportunity to catch up with old friends. As always, we hope that everybody will come along and make this celebration an extra special event. If you don’t want to miss out on a great night, you need to send a cheque to arrive by 19 December 2003 at the very latest. Go on … fix this date in your diary as soon as possible and send us a cheque.  Cheques should be made payable to 'Bournemouth School CCF Central Fund'.  If you leave it to the last minute, it does make organising the event very difficult.
